total cliffhanger here. i know it’s the standard path for where the comic is in the story right now, but couldn’t the writers have gone with something that’s not as cliche’d as this?

Their survival grows less and less likely by the minute.
The Kraken has a compromised hull, weakening a metal wall designed to hold in one atmosphere, not hold out many atmospheres of water. The Bubbles is probably already flooded.
Still, that fact that they did not burn up in atmo entry shows how solidly the Bubbles was built.

What’s wrong with browser navigation on this site? sometimes when I try to reload a page or navigate forward or back with the browser’s forward/back buttons, I get a mostly blank page with a “join the conversation” twitter banner at the top, not the comic page that goes with the URL.
